Lowcountry Sealanders Baseball
I'm the founder and head coach of the Lowcountry Sealanders Baseball Organization, a 501(c)(3) youth travel baseball nonprofit in the South Carolina Lowcountry. We field travel teams and support rec-league development with a simple roster philosophy: family and culture fit first, talent second.
Building a nonprofit turned out to be an infrastructure project too — bylaws and parent-led governance (I'm recused from the board by design), a donation and donor-tracking pipeline, an intake system, and a web presence, all built with the same automation-first approach I bring to work.
